Catering Policies

Ordering Timeline and Guarantee

  • For your convenience, we recommend that you use our online ordering site at www.mps.catertrax.com
  • Orders should be placed at least 7 days before your event. In the event an order is placed less than 7 days we may not be able to provide you with the level of service and the specific menu you requested. Late requests can only be accepted if approved by the catering department.
  • All catering orders must have a secured payment at the time of ordering; online payment options include Credit Card, District P-Card or approved internal order.
  • The availability of services after 3:00 PM and weekend events depends on the availability of the necessary resources to provide the service requested and will result in an additional labor charge.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours prior to the function to avoid a cancellation fee.
Events cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled catering function will be charged 50% of the estimated food and beverage charge. In the event that a function is not cancelled, the full amount of the order will be charged.

Taxes

All food and beverage is subject to the applicable local sales tax if the function is not a District or School event. Please provide the tax-exempt number at the time of ordering.

Customers are required to arrange directly with the facility for the use and placement of all dining tables and chairs as well as buffet tables.
